He's looking for cats to sell to scrap yards for $400. LOL
Some states allow it and from what I know, some yards pay you up to $200 a side for the factory cats. Amazing and ingenious on his part.

SS Cats
Hi Dave,
Ingenious is pushing the limit quite a bit. I don't sell to scrapyards because they don't pay you enough. They pay very little because they don't know the going prices of the hundreds of various cats out there. I sell to a company who harvests the metals out of the cats in-house and I specialize in Camaro and Corvette cats--cars that I personally own. I always pay the going rate for them like I did when I met you in Dix Hills a few months ago when you arrived in your Buick because your SS which was in the build process.
