Wanting the Black 2SS but with red rally stripe (a kind of black widow thing) . . .

Getting ready to order, but the red stripe is not available for a factory install option . . .

Any ideas on where to get the red strip in the Atlanta area after the Black 2ss gets here?

Pointing me in the right direction is appreciated!

since it will be custom......get them painted (BLOOD RED) and maybe even put an hour glass on the top.

Is getting painted better than stickers?

And are the dealer stickers bad?

Last longer honestly and to me painted looks better. I can't find anyone quite yet around me to do vinyl so eventually I am going to have to get some painted.

you can always get the vinyl from the parts dept and have the dealer install them. But as others have stated, painting would be the best option, vinyl second option.

Thing is, GM doesn't offer red.

Yeah . . . that is the problem . . . no red from the factory or dealer!

Now, I just have to find a trustworthy painter in Atlanta GA!

I am sure that you can find a graphics place near you that will make some red ones for you - so you can see how they look before painting them on (if you do decide to paint them on).
