Camaro SS engine noise. ANY HELP OR ADVISE!!

2012 camaro ss
I’m not very knowledgeable on engines and I’m seeking any help I can get so please bare with me on an questions.

These are the following modifications of my ls3 engine
-National speed dyno tune
-TSP Stage 4 "F-35" LS3 N/A Camshaft—— 235/248 .649"/615" 111 LSA, 109.5 ICL
- TSP dual valve springs not sure on specific specs
-TSP pushrods 7.255
-TSP steel rocker arms 1.72:1 w/ roller tip
-melling high pressure/high volume oil pump.
-ls7 lifters
-All other engine components are OEM

Long story short, my car was in a shop getting repaired for a failed lifter taking out my camshaft and threw bearings into the engine. Engine was fully taken apart and cleaned with all metal found removed. All Lifters, pushrods, and the camshaft were replaced with the listed specs.

The same day, the car was taken to a 2nd mechanic to overlook the engine. Engine ran fine with no initial issues. The only initial concern was a whining noise when the car would accelerate, however, I told this just may be air in the power steering system. The car was driven for the rest of day when it started making a very strange noise which is included in the video. The first noise heard in the video came first and then the tapping noise started about 2 minutes later. No loss in oil pressure, no check engine light, and all normal operating temperatures. Car was towed to the shop.

***update***
The heads were removed with suspicion of lifter and camshaft failure. Surprisingly all of the valve train components had no ware or damage on them including the new lifters and camshaft. We did notice the valves were hitting all pistons with the most damage to cylinder one seen. We are thinking there is an issue with clearance somewhere or possible timing chain issue. Or maybe something in the bottom end? Any advise on what the issue may be will be much appreciated!

The creaking seems to me like a slipping V-belt.
Try removing it and see how the engine runs without a belt.

If it runs well, there will be a problem with some pulley.

If not, there will probably be a problem with the valve train.

Good luck!

Yep that will be our next move once the valves are replaced and heads are put back on. Thanks for the advise!

Sounds to me like a failed lifter roller OR rod bearing and the valves are hitting the pistons lightly. Did you use the proper size head gaskets? You need to pull it all apart and check the valve clearance with your cam-push rod length set up etc.

We inspected all of the lifters and the camshaft, which are all good shape. Definitely agree we may have a improper head gasket size or pushrod length. As far as a rod bearing goes wouldn’t a bad rod bearing only effect one piston? We saw damage to all the pistons from the valves

You need a pro.....the squeaky noise sounds like a failed roller lifter bearing inside the roller or a failed rod bearing. The valves all hitting the pistons is the rattling tapping noise. The squeaky noise could also be from no oil getting up to the rockers or one of the rocker or top end. You don't have the experience it takes to look at this and solve it. Just too much going on. Tear down will tell all to a experienced engine builder or wrench that deals with engine repairs. No one could walk you through this, I'd pull it and send it off to a good well reputation shop and cut your losses.
