LS E85 Dyno Tests
I see this come up all time time -- what kind of power gains will I get with E85.
Here, Richard Holdener will show you, using an LS2 6.0, both N/A and turbocharged. Note: He says this in the video, but just pointing out that (at least on the turbo run), they're not changing the timing. Even more power is made by adjusting the timing for E85. Junkyard Turbo 6.0L LS E85 Fuel Test As a side note, I've recently asked him to do one on gradients of ethanol, since over the years, I've seen people say the best power (for turbos) seems to be about 50-60% ethanol, yet others complain how winterized "E85" is closer to being E50.

I have two Dyno runs with my AGP TT setup. The one without e85 is 636.5 and same pull with e85 was 813.8 with (this was true e85 as I paid to drain the 93 octane and add race e85 at the shop). I believe I kept the 93 octane to around 10psi (I was told to run a low boost setting on 93 octane to run conservative. As you can see from the pic that I ran 12.4 psi on e85). I have attached the picture as well. This was on a Mainline hub dyno. This is a net of 177.3 rwhp.
