Rear end Yaw/squirm on Acceleration / Deceleration Stumped...

I noticed after tire replacement (Goodyear F1) and bedding of new break pads that suddenly the rear of the car seems to side squat under acceleration and jumps back on deceleration. Very unsettling feel. Put her on jack stands and didn't see any apparent issues. Tire pressures were all within 1 PSI so not the issue.

Ideas? I'm stumped. All of this is without application of breaks. Anybody experience this before?

Thanks!

After making sure all wheel lug nuts are torqued down correctly I would do a suspension check for loose bolts, especially sway bars. Maybe this issue:

Thanks for the thread. Nothing felt loose when I tugged on the wheels. Yet that may not have been enough grunt to move it. Think I'll take it to a race shop to have them Nut & Bolt the whole suspension system.

Might be the tires. Which Goodyear F1's did you get? I have the Supercar 3R's and once up to temp they are good.

Loose suspension bolt

Go to search engine on here and type ( loose suspension bolt) and see if this could be your issue. I checked mine when this came out but mine were ok.

I had rear-passenger side inner tie-rod bolt come loose midway through a trackday which gave me scary symptoms like you describe for half a lap!

Came back into the paddock and re-tightened with alignment by eye. and then a proper shop alignment as soon as I was able to and no further issues since.
