Any West Texas tracks? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Anyone know of a track out here (or within a few hours drive) that lets people come and get a few runs in or anything of the likes?

There's a 1/4 mile in Penwell outside Odessa on I20. http://penwellknights.com/ There's also a 1/8 mile in Midland. Not sure of the name... I can't imagine there aren't some closer to Lubbock.

I don't know of any offhand so I figured I would ask, but I'd imagine there has to be something in/around Amarillo.

edit: I guess I should have just googled. Seems there are quite a few easy ones to get to around here. I will call around and see what they allow and don't allow. Maybe I can get an even going and get some good group rates.
