Anyone have experience with BMR motormounts with a cam?
How bad would it shake someone up? Could I have a bottle of soda in the car or would that get shaken up too bad?

lol, from what I've read on here, it makes the connection pretty solid and you will feel the vibrations a lot more.

I have the BMR mounts and a Stage III cam from BTR. It's not bad at all. There really wasn't much increase in NVH since I installed them. The car has a nice and subtle shake at the stoplight that I just can't get enough of.

I have Prothane mounts and a pretty hefty cam, plus sold cradle bushings and a trans mount insert. Someone could still easily drink a cup of coffee if I allowed such things in the car.
The worst NVH experience I've had was when I had to replace the turbo manifold. The new manifold had a piece of exhaust bar touching the steering column and I thought my valve train had an issue or the new trunnion bushings were really loud. I cut the excess bar off and all is back to normal.

I have the BMR mounts and no issues with excessive NVH or shake.

I have the BMR solid mounts and a GPI VVT1 cam. Doesn’t spill my coffee. Lol. Honestly you feel it more the first time and eventually get used to it. But nothing I don’t regret.
