misfiring and rattling sounds

so I'm having some issues with my 2010 v6 misfiring(randomly or when I'm in higher gears at lower RPMs tends to be around 1k-2k, then at other times randomly) and when I shift from second mainly(happens in first at times or when I'm above 4k rpm in second). my car seems to not like when my oil is above 3k and these issues become more prevalent. I use mobile one and marvel mystery added to it.

I'm thinking it's the timing chain but I want to make sure before I replace it. I did the PCV valve fix and have an oil catch can but that was about 80k or so after I got the car. have about 125k miles on the car.

if it is the timing chain which one should I get? I'm looking in rockauto and there are a bunch of different kinds and some that don't have camshaft sprockets, is the gm OEM fine, and does it have everything I need in it?

Check for codes before you start replacing anything.

I haven't taken apart the engine to do valve cleaning but I have used stuff that goes into the oil to clean it every time I do an oil change

got new spark plugs($13 ones forgot the name) and ignition coils fixed the problem for a little bit but now the StabiliTrak decrease power problem is happening and its still misfiring and even worse now.

I needed to get new plugs the old ones were defiantly overdue for replacement
