I ordered a tune from vector and from the time I received it, sent it back, and got my new tune was probably a week. I ran right out to buy a laptop to do this. I am pretty mechanical and do all my own work. Well, for some reason I had trouble installing the tune. I have got to say that Vector has got to have the best customer service! Everytime I sent an e-mail I got a quick response and when I called, Kirk was always there to answer my questions. They even called me twice! Kirk talked me through the setup and the tune is finally installed and DAMN the car is a new beast. I can't wait to play with it some more when the weather clears up.

congrats, they have G8 tune as well, I am deciding between Vector or Livernois if/when I do headers.
