2011 RS electrical problem can't start the camaro U0100 code

Hello all I've been having a electrical problem with my camaro for the last 3 weeks and can't seem to figure it out. About a week before I noticed the lettering on the stock radio was fading away with the display still on when I turned the heater temp up all the way and the temp would not change blowing out. Pulled the controls and radio out to check the connector and looked and seemed fine. Put it back together and it was working fine. Fast forward a week and I go to leave work and I open my door and hear what sounds like relays having a spasm. Went to turn it on and nothing. Then I noticed that the check engine light is flashing as fast as can be. Ended getting a new battery (which I needed anyways) and still nothing. Then noticed it was reading it had low fuel. Put 10 gallons on and same thing. Finally got a code reader took me three times to get a code and it was the U0100 faulty PCM code. Had some one look at it he checked the grounds and all the ones he checked were good. He had also noticed the ECM smelled burnt. I pulled it and it did smell burnt, got a new one that was already programed from flagship1 and still nothing. Also severe fuse in the car has been checked and they are all good as well. I have also cleaned and greased the connectors to the fuse box as well.My guy doesn't have the time to mess with it right now has to much stuff going on in personal life. Just can't figure it out and if anyone has had the same issue or any ideas I'm all ears. Thank you

The immobilizer password needs to be programmed to the ECM. It will need to be done at the dealer, there is no way to perform this procedure remotely. Your pre-programmed ECM only has the engine run software, the password data is stored in your BCM and the ECM must be connected to the car for any programming to take place.

Engine Control Module IMMO Learn

The ECM will relearn the immobilizer passwords and data

The ECM has been replaced or a diagnostic has instructed to perform the learn
