5th gen camaro feels like its gasping for air

Hello guys , im new here.
Just bought a new(new for my country standards) car camaro ss 6.2 l99(auto) 2011.
I noticed a problem with my car , when i step on the gas it does this weird thing like gasping for air before it gives me full power , and if i step of the gas too fast it slams the front like i pressed the break pedal.
Can this somehow be connected to the Active Fuel Managment system or should i look for the problem somewhere else ?
Thanks!

Sticky throttle body , they can get gunked up pretty bad with oil vapors and carbon. Or it started to fail mechanically

Welcome to the forum!

You came to the right place. The members here are very knowledgeable & happy to help. Start with the cheapest & most obvious items mentioned above. You can try cleaning the maf sensor as well. A few more questions:

How many miles?

Do you know the previous owner or have any service records?

No service record the car was bought on auction and came empty , the car has around 120000 miles on it.

European octane rating is RON. So 95 RON is equal to about 91 in the US, (RON+MON)/2.

Everyone above me that posted are all items to look at. Also, if you have the user manual, go through it and look at the maintenance schedule. Welcome and you have the right place to look because if you have any issues with your Camaro Gen 5, there are very knowledgeable people on this forum. Good luck, the Camaro Gen5 is a great piece of machinery!!
