Wanted Onstar Bluetooth module - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I would like to purchase the GM Part # 20842731 the one with bluetooth b/c my 1LS didn't come with bluetooth. I'm thinking I'm going to have to find it off ebay and or from a scrap yard. Anyone stripping thier Camaro down and want to sell me there Onstar module ?

We appreciate the link, however, technoside tried to order the part from www.oehq.com but the order was cancelled. I don't want to be a downer, but I believe your order will be cancelled as well

yeah I ordered from OEHQ.com already and they like had my order for about three weeks and they didn't bother to let me know that GM wasn't shipping them out. I had to call like three times and finaly I got a hold of someone and they canceled my order and gave me my money back. I ended up finding one on ebay. I had to pay almost double the retail. I'm broke now but at least I'll have bluetooth. Good luck with your searching.

Well I got it all installed. It's working beautifully. I now have Bluetooth and Onstar. Iwantone2, good luck in your search for one. The setup on the onstar was a bit long. I had to call in twice and speak to the (technical team) they called it. The VCIM I purchased had never been activated. It came out of a red camaro. They were able to transfer my existing account over to this new VCIM. I did have to give them the DECME ID and also the S/N and also my VIN twice. But they got it all situated and it's working 100%.

Anyone want to buy my old VCIM? non bluetooth I don't know why anyone would want it but I've just got it sitting here. Maybe ebay..

Just bought one myself. Paid only 60 bucks shipped with Bluetooth antenna!!!! I love eBay lol.
