Front driver's side halo stopped working

My car is a 2012 equipped with the RS package with the factory HIDs.

I noticed my front turn signal broke after a long trip.

Shortly after, I noticed that my driver's side halos don't work. They do work from time to time but it's completely random when it does decide to work. Whenever this happens, I've noticed that the front amber corner light by the fender also stops working. Passenger side is fine.

Car has windshield washer delete and a phastek cold air scoop. I did have to fish out a bunch of tumbleweeds that got rammed in with the cold air scoop. I dodged a bunch of them but a lot of them would fly right into their car... I thought maybe they knocked some wires loose as they got sucked into the intake area but they all look alright...

I was thinking perhaps the headlight is toast but why would my side amber light not come on whenever the halos stop working?

Anyone ever deal with a similar issue and find a resolution?
