Electronic throttle for an air scoop?

I'm not sure where to even look for the linkage setup? I know I could always go with the conventional modern blower like LSA, Kenne Bell and Magnuson, but I want to try and fit a 6-71 or 8-71 to my LS3 (converted L99).

Is there any sort of electronic throttle for that application?

use a throttle body motor and parallel the electrical connection to your actual throttle body....
just need to figure out how and where to mount the motor....might be able to get away with one adjustable pivot point to get the actuation you need.
