Wheel Help

I am looking at a set of used wheels for my 2010 SS. I had a "Tire Guy" look at these for me. He tells me they wont fit without adapters. But everything I can read online says they are perfect fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The wheel info is as follows:
Rim Size: 20 x 8.5
Offset: +35mm
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 120mm

They should fit. Pretty much the same as stock.

Here is the info for stock wheels, yes those should fit with no issue.
