AGP Twins 450's Camaro 5 SS Dual/ Triple Fuel Pump plus flex

So I have looked at a lot of DIY on fuel systems so I'm going to share my install... This is the AGP twins 450's set up from AGP turbos.

So I started by cutting a hole under my seat. Trust me, I didn't want to, but I have had the rear end out twice. I also do drag and drive, so wanted quick access to the pump. The instruction is not as clear as id like them to be and they don't send them in the box...

Bare with me ill update as i go along!!!
Step 1 cut hole...

2 Take out old pump and remove sending unit. (ring is tight you can use a large screw driver and a big hammers)

3 Install the sending unit in top two holes very small print on pump tells you (not in instructions)

4 Now install pump and install cross over tube on bottom side of pump that you removed on stock pump.

5 Reinstall ring its hard but work your way around it until it seats tight.

Now the fun begins

6 Now that ring is installed the return line is tight (this is the feed line from stock unit)

7 Loosen the tank bolt and bend the line up under the car it is still tight but will work.

8 Now tape up the ends of your fuel line to send it through the frame. (this get interesting you will need two people to do this part it says 5 min but more like 45min)

Just a safety tip: Use a brass punch instead of a screw driver or any other metal punch etc. All it takes is one spark from the screw driver slipping off the metal ring and you're gonna have a bad time. I just replaced my fuel pump o-ring as it was leaking and if I would have used a regular screw driver I for sure woulda had a bad time as much as my brass punch slipped off when tightening the lock ring down.

Same lmao, especially because the top of my tank was wet with fuel from the leaking o-ring. I sent it though, I did have a fire extinguisher in the car ready to go if needed lol

Fuel line thru frame and hole by compressor this was supposed to be 5 min job! And modified return line also had to mod the frame up front…

9 mount regulator and lines with gauge in engine bay. Also the flex fuel sensor is attached to the regulator. Took a little while as the bracket is really tight but that’s a good thing it holds the flex sensor tight.

You done good so far. It's super frustrating the first time but a sharp learning curve. Pretty easy the second time.

Use Dynamat over the hole you just cut, on top of whatever metal door you make. You get a lot of pump noise and road noise up through that hole even when covered with sheet metal.

You’re timing of this thread couldn’t be more timely for me. I’ve got an AGP twin set up that I’m just about to put in and get my build going. Thanks for the pics and tips. Would love to see how you wire this up as well.
