Worst Customer Service EVER

American Brother Designs. (eff them) I ordered emblems and side kick panels from them, got the side kick panels but not the emblems, and this is their response(see below)....Inconsistencies my A@@...guess Im just pissed that THIS is how they want to deal with customers...Camaro online store offered to make it right on their dime and I said no, I wont give ANY business, even on their dime, to that company ever again.


Please see the following communication from American Brother Designs:
Hello, I’m sorry but we cannot assist with this issue. We were emailed about this exact PO at the start of the month with the customer stating they did not receive the other sku on the order, and now weeks later the customer is stating they didn’t receive the other item on the PO. Our shipping department shows both items were doubled checked and in the package. The inconsistencies with the customer also seem to be an issue.

That is just not right. Members here spend a lot of money & this is not a good look for them. It will cost them much more in the long run opposed to saying we are sorry for any inconvenience & will ship them right away. What emblems are you looking for? I think I have a few gold bowties laying around. I would send them to you free if you need them.

That really blows. I checked them out online and they had just a handful of reviews that I could find - maybe a half a dozen or so. The reviews seemed all right but when there is that few, you have to wonder if it's employees or friends and family leaving them.

Not sure how much money you lost there, but taking 10 minutes to file a complaint with the state's attorney general business sector, for the state that company is headquartered in would be my suggestion.

It actually works. In the past 30 years I have filed four complaints in three states and have received timely satisfaction every time. They really do take consumer complaints and act on them. You WILL get a response.

I've often said many times in the last 5-10 years or so, ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Throw in the universal excuse, Covid, (& "supply chain issues") and it's generally worse than ever.

I agree. Customer service is nothing anymore. They act like you should just be happy a portion of what you ordered and paid for made it. Its like they make you feel like you are the problem, that you expected to get what you ordered and paid for. I had an issue with Juiced Auto on an exhaust I ordered when i first got the camaro. They didnt send me the complete kit that I ordered and paid for, when I called them about it they were like "geez, it is only missing the 2 mid pipes is all, whats the issue?" Then I sent it back, wanting my refund. They said it had to be received at their facility, and checked before they would issue a refund. After more than a week still no refund, and the tracking kept telling me at was at the facility in the same town, but had not delivered. Come to find out, they put a hold on the package with FedEx to hold it at their facility, and not deliver to them.

I own and operate a warehouse/distribution center, so I was able to find out about the hold, because no one was responding to my messages or calls. I promptly let Amazon know about it, and called Discover card and disputed the charge.
