any one have a run in with this code
everything checks with a code reader, All O2 sensor seem to be working

Service manual says
Exhaust leak
Low fuel pressure
Engine vacuum leaks
Fuel contamination
Lean fuel injectors

Says it isn’t o2 sensor without other codes

Basically engine is running lean during 17-65% load and trims can’t correct enough.
