Driveline vibration at 34 mph

I have a 2014 SS auto and is all stock with 30k on it. The problem I am having is at 32-36 mph I am getting a vibration through the e-brake handle and it sounds like a faint helicopter sound. I have new tires that have been road force balanced twice and the brakes have been checked. I took it to the dealership and they said the drive line/drive shaft looked good and gave it back to me. The rear end doesn't howl and the vibration and noise are intermittent. Also if while driving and I pull up on the e-brake handle sometimes there is a loud pop. I'm not locking up the rear tires just slowing the car down a little. Any help is appreciated.

Did it do it before the new tires?

Yes it did but the dealer insested it was the tires...so $750 later it still does it.

They said the brakes are fine but did they take rotors off and check the E Brake shoes? I'd start there and if everything checks out I think I would back the shoes way off and try it.

34 MPH is pretty slow for a typical driveline vibration. Not impossible but imbalance is centrifugal force that increases at the square of the driveline RPM. That's why you typically don't get DL vibrations until you reach higher RPM/road speeds.

These cars have had known center bearing issues though. If the bearing / rubber were bad enough, it could produce a vibration at this speed.

Center bearing going out could also cause EBrake handle /console to vibrate.

After the loud pop, does it slow the car down or can you feel the vibration after the pop?
