Water in back seat moulding not management bag

Hi guys,

After finding water in both rear passenger foot wells last fall, (while prepping for storage), I thought it was the dreaded water management bag, but I found this to be the problem. This moulding had moved and allowed water to seep inside. After using foam to block the space created and 2 inches of rain in 3 days it was completely dry.
Now the problem I have is how to move the rubber or to find another moulding, does anyone know the part number or any ideas. It has moved by about 2 inches on 1 side and 3/4 inch on the other.
