Just want to give a shout out to the Jannetty crew, especially Ted Jr. I had some concerns with a JRE differential that was making noise. These guys were immediately responsive and very transparent with communication. I did not have to ask for anything, Ted Jr jumped right in and handled the situation with utmost professionalism.

End result I have a fully rebuilt diff, and my expense was VERY minimal. Most of my cost was just having a little patience and allowing the JRE team to take care of me. Just a few break in miles so far, but the diff is whisper quiet!

Huge thanks to all of JRE, Ted Jr and Chris for the professionalism and customer care. Also, another thanks to Chris for the good humor over packing and shipping! My homemade "pallet" in the crate survived the trip back home in one piece.
