front and rear rims have different channel (11 and 11.5), which means it's not a smart idea to rotate front-to-back... and rotating left to right might make sense if you always race on a track where you have more load on one side.
in that case I'd rotate the tires pretty often, every one track day or even at half of the track day.

generally speaking it's not a great idea imho.
