Actually, I am eligible to get the College Discount.
But I dont have any GM card or Credit union.
I'm wondering that I can get the discounts if I just sign up for them.
Please let me know how I can become eligible to get those discounts.

GM card is after you build up card points, so that won't help.... College vs credit union = same....so no gain there. Some discounts aren't stackable.

also go ahead and sign up for USAA account and get another rebate

I'm an international student, not a U.S citzen, not fall in USAA eligiblity.
Does it mean that I can get only the college discount?...

Please say No......................
