2010 LLT V6 ticking noise, runs rough

Had some issues with my 2010 2LT V6 camaro (LLT) back in April but it was drivable after I changed the battery out.

All summer its had these codes
P2179 ( system too lean off idle bank 2)
P0101
P0420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold

This was an extremely hot summer in California and the coolant temps reached highs of 245 at times in July, but I never noticed any performance issues because of it.

The past month or so it had some ticking near the upper front of the motor, but I guessed it might just be an exhaust leak and would get to it eventually.

Today i noticed it wasn't accelerating as well and a block away from home almost died out at the stop sign.

Codes showed misfire in 1 and 5

Popped the valve cover over those cylinders and everything appears fine with no apparent wear. Coolant/oil looks clean. Timing chains are tight(I replaced recently) Any ideas?

Attached is a video with the ticking sound very apparent.
