Hello Gen 5 Camaro Family! Got a question if anyone might know where I should start.
So my Fuse box under the hood on my 2013 Camaro SS is not getting 12v to the entire box. So none of the fuses test good in other words although they are not blown and fine I see the main 12v wire that feeds the box power and that wire I tested and indeed has no power on it. Circled in the attached picture. I believe this wire goes down the starter? Not entirly sure though as I dont know the wiring diagram. But anyway could a bad starter cause this wire to not get power? I have power at the jump spot on the driver side solid 12.8v and I have already had my battery tested and it was fine however my car will not start at all wont even turn over when key is turned but all dash lights work radio lights ext... work.... But car wont start and fuse box under hood dead it seems My guess is bad starter which wires to the fuse box or any light anyone can shed on this would be greatly appericated! |

Probably blown fusible link between the post under hood and the alternator. The fuse box gets power from the alternator.
See attached drawing: Highlighted in red what I feel is the problem. Brian
