Those with aftermarket SS emblems

Which emblems are you using under the Camaro on the fender and where did you get them.

I know most are using the SS emblem from the rear of the Camaro but they are a little small IMO. I was thinking about using the SS emblems from an newer Impala or maybe an HHR. I think on the HHR they have a fairly large one on the sides and a medium sized on on the rear.

Where are most of you getting your emblems? From the dealer?

BTW: I plan on buying the SLP SS emblem for the front grill. I'm getting a non-RS so my badges will be white.

Any pics would be great!

When you took the bowtie off wasn't there two holes left? What did you do to fill those?

I have 5th gen font "SS" emblems in chrome plated billet, satin billet, and polished billet. They come with vinyl inlays in any color. All of them are CNC machined.

I didn't fill them, the 5" ss emblem barely covers the 2 holes

I agree 100% with you. I have an IBM 2SS / non-RS, prefer white SS emblems. The best looking I have found are GM part # 15211285, they are about 5 1/4 X 1 1/2. I think thay may have origionally been used on the Impala SS. Perfect size.

I got mine on ebay for about $15 each. You could also order them from any Chevrolet dealer.

Sorry no pictures, my car is up for the winter, and I'm too "computer stupid" to post photos anyway.

I have billet ones bent to fit the form of the trunk with a solid back to cover them up.

They will be available in 2-3 weeks in chrome and by Friday in satin. We are running a bunch through the CNC this week. Available with any color/finish vinyl inlays as well as carbon fiber appearing vinyl.

I have a set for a 69 (front and rear). Waiting for my Heritage Grille and then they are going on.

Got mine from SLP for the front and rear, the rear uses a black oval sticker/pedestall to cover the holes, and then i blacked out the rest of the panel before install.removed the small original SS badges from the right side grill and right side trunk and put them on my fenders and dash
