I have a tail light out on 2010 Camaro 2 ss. Where can I get the tool to get the 3 top screws off. Are that really screws or are they just pop outs?

If you are talking about the 3 round black things, they just pop out using a medium flat blade screw driver. They are a two piece deal, the top piece is thin at the edge, just put the screw driver under it and work it around and it will pop out, then the second piece under that will just pull out, just reverse that all to put it back together, done!!
