Drive shaft noises
After some flooding here in So. Cal, I noticed a distinct clicking sound as I rolled to a stop. At first I assumed it was a wheel or brake problem. Puting it up on a lift, I noticed a rusty look to the rear U-joint/bearing on the drive shaft. After removing the brace and the heat shield for the pipes, I gave the bearing a squirt of lithium grease from the rear (the front side is sealed). Now, all is quiet and smooth even after my usual hard driving.
