Problem with sputter now worse/ stalls

My 2015 LT has about 51,000 miles. Recently it started to run rough right after I fill up for 10 seconds. Now it takes two times to start it after fill up and it runs rough for about 10 seconds. Also ot has always sputtered a bit once in awhile at a red light. Now my dash has a light. E7A, E7B, and E78. I think it must me a fuel issue but I don't know what it is. Anybody have any experience or idean about this? The plugs are now and it had the sputter at stops before the plugs.

Don't suppose you can read/monitor the O2 sensors? Or your fuel trims? Wonder what they're showing.
