question for fbodfather - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I was just curious if the new camaro, in any form(v6 or v8), was going to be at the big north east Ohio camaro club show, at summit racing? I believe it is the 6th and 7th of September. I was hoping to at least see the v6 so I can get a good look at it. I'm getting the ss no matter what but at least it will let me sleep better knowing its for real seeing it in person.

The Sept. 19 event in Indianapolis is supposed to be the first public reveal of the car, so if that Camaro club show is before that, I wouldn't think it would be likely, but you never know...

Scott nice to see you posting again! In October is the ride and drive for the New Traverse, in Kansas City. Is there going to be a ride and drive for the Camaro? Are any reps going to be showing the Camaro along with the 09 line up?

That would be sweet if the camaro did show up at summit racing i live like 20 min away from summit.

well i know they had the bumble bee there last year and they had the silver concept there the year before. so i understand the "unveiling" is at indy but they already unveiled it. and what about all those pictures weve seen of the red rs at the side of the road and all the people around it? so technically its already unveiled, at least the v6rs and recently the ss.
