Camaro jerks out of first

So when I’m at a stop and start moving from first I’d say from 0mph- about 8mph the car is very jerky. Very sudden back and forth shaking front to back. Hard to describe. Feels maybe like a motor mount or drive shaft unbalanced or loose.

And this is normal driving. It also doesn’t do this all the time but here and there.

I would be checking your clutch and pressure plate, and the possibility of a warped/worn flywheel...

Can't tell if it's the same intermittent, physical "jerking" movement I'm getting, but in a different scenario. Mine occurs when my engine is still kinda cold (warming up from cold start), and I'm taking off in 1st kind of abruptly. Sometimes, it will jerk if I give medium to medium-high throttle (by accident sometimes), and then not settle down till I reach around ~8-10 mph, like you mentioned.
