First time Camaro owner - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

First time Camaro owner from Canada!

I was a classic mopar guy through and through but decided to try something "new". After looking into Challengers and Mustangs I realized that Chevy did the Camaro right. Their V6 models have the same horsepower as the V8 R/T Challengers and their V8 has the horsepower of the SRT8 Challengers... for about $10,000 less in cost.

So I ended up with this 2010 SS with some minor upgrades making 500hp (I don't remember what they all are, the owner listed them off but I was only half listening while test driving). I have to say it's a LOT of fun and gives me the same feeling as my old '71 Dodge Dart with it's 440 but a lot more comfortable.

The car has scratches and a couple dents although nothing real major. I'm going to piss off a few people for sure but I love building movie & fantasy cars so I plan on doing a Resident Evil "Umbrella Corporation" car, a Rapid Response Unit build for shows. I've got the decals on the way, a red & white light bar, a belt fed machine gun for out of the sun roof, etc.
