On my 2011 SS I have installed a CAI, headers, 2.5” Borla cat back, BTR Red hot cam kit. I am looking at picking up the Trinity intake, but I know the LS3 intake flows well. Whats your opinions, will the BTR intake help or hurt me?

I can't speak for the BTR intake ( I do like how it looks ) But when I was researching intakes everyone was saying go with the Ported Rod Mod which I did and there was a noticeable difference.

The LS7 guys are getting nice gains from the trinity. Race Proven Motorsports has a video testing the LS7, MSD, and Trinity and the trinity picks up a good amount over the MSD. On the LS3s the a ported rod mod intake is extremely similar gains to a Fast 102 but a fraction of the cost. Also to note is the trinity shines on the top end when its really being rev'd out much like a Holley hi ram but doesnt lose nearly as much low end as the hi ram.
To answer your question, the trinity will effect low end a little but will get you pretty nice gains, especially if you plan on going towards 7k or higher. The rod mod is hands down the best bang for buck intake you can get though.

I did a lot of research on the topic before deciding on the Holley High Ram. I honestly could have hit my goals with a stock intake, albeit not as easy. However, I wanted something that caught your eye when popping the hood. (I'm big cubes with power adder)
For your car, I'd do a ported rod mod. You will notice a loss in the low end with the BTR intake. Especially if you are M6, as a stall on an auto can mask most of the losses.
