Getting AEM 30-0310 to work with Pro link

I haven’t seen any posts about this specifically so figured I’d make on incase anyone else was having difficulties.

I have:
AEM 30-0310 WB
MPVI 4
Pro Link+ cable.

After wiring it up, I was having issues getting everything to register and log on VCM Scanner. Mainly getting the channel to also register on the graph for MAF Calibration.

What I had to do:
-ADD channel: External Inputs > MPVI2, MPVI2+, MVPI3 > Pro Link, Pro Link+ > MPVI2 PL A/D Input 1 (Red) *or input 2 (blue) if you used the blue input on the pro link**

Right click the channel you just created > transform > AEM > 30XX

At this point I could get it to data log via the channels.
In order to get it to graph (I just started MAF calibration earlier tonight)
I had to:
Tools > Math parameters > Lamda & AFR > EQ Ratio Error.

Copy the expression that pulls up to the right.

> Maths - User > User Math 1

Paste expression in the expression box.

Click inside the expression box then click edit variable.
> Parameter >External Inputs > SERIAL PORT > AEM > AEM EQ Ratio

Then just make the graph like other tutorials will tell you to do.
For whatever reason if I used the same WB selections for the graph as I did on the channel it wouldn’t connect the two. But choosing the opposite selections moved it along and let me log and graph. Hope this actually helps someone else and I’m not just brain dead and couldn’t figure it out for a while.
