Can you still use your rear-view mirror?

Added two 10" woofers to mine last night and even though I'm just breaking the woofers in, the mirror looks at the back seat after about 10 seconds of good song. I felt around and can't find any way to tighten it.

It would always drop if I hit a hard bump in the road, but now it's going to be useless if I can't figure this out.

Any advice?
