Job Title: Automotive Technician and Installer.

Hours: 40 Hours per week with potential for 4 Hours of Overtime.

Starting Pay will be based on Experience level - $25.00-$38.00 per Hour.

Medical Benefits are available with Split Company Employee Contribution.

Absolute Requirements;
● Must have At Least 5 Years of experience as a full-time Automotive Technician
● Must have your own vehicle serving as reliable transportation
● Must have a Driver's License, Insurance, Good Driving Record
● Excellent Work Ethic is a must.
● Must be On Time, Every Time.
● Must be a Team Player and can work well with others.
● Must be detail oriented with excellent attention to detail.
● Must have your own full complement of tools.
● Must be Well Versed in Modern Diagnostics.
● This is a drug-free workplace.
● There is No Smoking on the premises.

Preferences;
● Experience with GM or Ford or Chrysler backgrounds.
● Welding, MIG or TIG training available.
● Fabrication Skills training available.
● High-School Diploma or Vocational School Diploma.

Responsibilities and Job Details;
● Ability to follow all instructions given by employer.
● Ability to keep a detailed log of all work performed.
● Ability to maintain all tools and shop equipment to ensure that they are kept clean and in good working order at all times.
● Ability to adhere to company safety policies.

The probationary period is 90-180 days from start-date. During this period you will be evaluated for quality of work as well as your fitment in the workplace.
