Separate Clutch and Brake Reservoir

Anyone else done this on their M6, the clutch and brake share a reservoir, cant believe they are together?

Even my Sons 2002 Trans Am has a separate reservoir for the clutch.

I picked up a separate resivor, just not sure if I change the clutch hose, if I will be forced to bleed/flush/burp the clutch once I get everything hooked back up.

Or do you think it is really worth the effort to separate them, my thinking is will be easier to keep the fluid clean being separate.

I just completed it. I also installed the tick remote bleeder and bled the system though. Once you install that new clutch line - you could probably prefill the line with fluid before replacing it on the master cylinder to avoid air bubbles, but then you’ll just get it all over your paint. I opted to buy a vacuum bleeder and drained the system completely and then just installed the separate reservoir, the remote line and then refilled and primed it - and bled the brakes while at it.
