OH BOY, HERE WE GO!!
Check this out all my Florida friends, I hope he doesn't sign it, but he probably will. I chatted with one of my Sheriff deputy friends to day at the car show, and he said that probably unless you are making an ass out of yourself and driving stupidly, they won't have time, or want to waste any time on the "loud" deal.
