STS twin set up vs single tuner set ups

I'm not knocking any of the "homemade" type turbo system as I built a twin set up before. STS seems to have an engineering advantage compared to these grass roots type systems. You dont see people offering homemade type supercharger or Nitrous set ups. What kind of warranty does the tuner shops offer? Like I said...I'am not here to offend..just would like some answers.
