PDIM Upgrade not "available"
Just had frustrating call with GM Support over upgrading old version PDIM software to latest version. Apparently no upgrade option is available through my dealer. Couldn't even walk her through problem resolution's available here on CAMARO5 forum. Does anybody know a dealer in the Tulsa, OK area that can upgrade the PDIM software to the latest version?

Good luck finding a dealer. It took me three tries to find one here in Houston that knew what they were doing.

PDIM = Preferred Devices Interface Module <-- right?
It's basically the USB port and wiring harness to allow music streaming from an iPod or similar device

Thanks to all - I found great Chevy dealer in Sapulpa, OK (Danny Beck Chevy) that updated software. They used content from this forum to quickly find update. Special thanks to Kyle McGrew, ASM for handling this.

my dealer up here in Maine can't find any info on the update. Does anyone have a TSB # or part number for the update?
