Weird Sound on my LS3..!!

Finally I have installed my ARH LT 1 7/8 no cats 3 inch connected with 2.5 inch Borla axel back BUT I have a weird sound comes only when the RPM reaches between 2500 to 3000 while the car is moving especially when I am in 3rd or 4th gear??

Does any one know or faced this issue before? Thanks

Yea, what does it sound like and where is it coming from? (engine compartment, under the car, behind the car).

Make sure the heat shields underneath are not contacting anything. If the cats or anything else touches the heat shields it can make a buzz or grind type of noise. Look for the closest points of possible contacts and push the shielding farther away.

If it's not a shield contact, check for leaks. Maybe retighten the connections after a bit of driving.

Also, how does it sound? That's a combo I may be thinking of.

Are you using the S Borlas, the loud ones? Any drone in 6th at highway spd?

The sound is coming from the axel back, nothing is touching I am sure, before I have my borla I used to hear it so loud but after installing it ( S type) the noise is less now but very clear at 3000 RPM after that it goes..!!

I thought maybe coz I have 3 inch pipes without cats that makes the sound?! I do not know.
