Are you going to keep your stock latch? If not, just remember should the pins be removed (left out, someone cuts them, whatever) only the weight of your hood will be keeping it closed.

You are going to drill holes in your hood to install hood pins? Don't do it.

i thought of it to but i dont want to drill the hood.

there was a company we got these from years back called Folia Tec they are German and sold hood pins that didnt require you to drill holes.

worth a look

I had some hood pins on a this mustang of mine a couple years back. And no they do not make it look like a ricer. I think they might blend in nicely with that cowl hood on the camaro. And yes I was a member of the darkside (Fords) until I saw the light (The Camaro)

I am also trying to achieve the completely black look with zero chrome on the car. But I still want to do hood pins with the cable like above. Does anyone know of a company that makes a solid black cable or do you think they could be powder coated?

heres a link to a place that sells different cable. as far as i know you have to buy a spool but really not badly priced for something custom!

Thanks a bunch you guys for all the help and complements. I loved that mustang but it took alot of aftermarket parts to achieve the look I wanted. But I must give GM credit on the new Camaro because the car looks fantastic straight out of the factory! But hey some stuff here and there cant hurt right
