I have a 2 small scratches on my black camaro. One of them you can feel and is not very deep. the other you can barely feel, and is deeper than the other.

laying around the house I have some Turtle Wax rubbing compound. I also have some turtle wax color cure car polish (black)

will these products work just fine, or is there another way I should go about this.

you won't accomplish much by hand, unfortunately...

Don't use the rubbing compound on your car....it's too abrasive. There are numerous other products that will remove or significantly improve the scratches without causing more damage in the process.
