Had to bring this thread back. 1 Year down, many more to come!

Hi,

My name's Rob. I've been lurking around these boards for awhile now. I finally traded my car in and got a 1LT with the help of my wife. I made a deal that if I quit smoking she'd give the down payment. I could never quit, even for a day. But low and behold I'm 10 days smoke free. What a black Camaro will do. Anyway, I shot a couple of pics at my father-in-law's hot-rod shop. He passed away from cancer two days before I got my car. His name was Blas Arce from Laredo, Tx. He was well known all over country for his cars. He never got a chance to finish a lot of the cars at the shop. So I wanted to devote something to remember what he left behind. Thanks for looking and I look foward to modding my car to look as good as the cars in this forum.

Very sorry to hear about your dad. Congratz on the Camaro and for quitting smoking. I've been cigarette free since November 11th, 2008 (with the exception of the occasional cigar of course). One of the best decisions I've ever made. Keep it up!

That first pic is one of the coolest I have seen on these boards. Very nice! Oh, and congrats on the car too! Sorry to hear about your father in law.
Edit: for the record, I was talking about the b&w pic of the car in front of the shop.

I took out the first pic. Some how it got replaced with pr0n. First time I use picimg.com for linking pics and the last. Sorry if anyone caught that.
