hemi vs LS3
was reading on another forum how the 5.7 hemi engine makes more torque than the LS3 on a dyno? I thought the LS3 would be more than the 6.1 hemi let alone the 5.7 hemi?

Hemi engines are amazing engines (the older ones more so than the newer). To find out this quickly, just pull the stock numbers from dodge and chevy and see what's what.

What was meant is that the Hemi's produce more torque at different portions of the dyno range than the L99's and LS3's.
Overall, final torque numbers are fairly evenly matched. |
