Has anyone used Banana Magic car wax?

I have a yellow with black stripes transformers edition 2010 camaro ss/rs.

I was looking at waxes today.. I saw this one banana magic.

Seeing how my car is yellow and the wax is yellow I thought it might make the car look better than a blue, black, green, white or other color wax.

Has anyone tried it ? It also does not say if it just a wax or a cleaning wax. I think it's just a wax.

Adam's buttery wax is yellow

Color of the wax does not make difference at all. Your just adding a layer of protection on top of clear coat with wax.. The waxes you see for specific colors are IMO gimmicks. All colors have the same CLEARcoat, so when someone makes a "clear wax" i'll concider it . On a serious note, if your happy with the polishes/wax your using, keep using it. Don't fall for the gimmicks.

Hello,

The color of the wax is yellow but they don't say it's for yellow cars.. They are saying it used banana oil and canuba.. I'm wondering if it's any good.

Honestly never heard of it. Best wax you can use are professional grade waxes, they are a bit more expensive but i think they are worth the money. I use Adam's Polishes almost exclusivley now. There are a lot of good brands available though, Zaino (a tad difficult to use), Pinnacle, Swissvax (if you have a small fortune to spend on wax). If your looking for a good over the counter wax, you can never go wrong with meguiars products (NXT2.0 is great).

They aren't gimmicks. They also are not cure-alls either. Dodo Juice has waxes that work on groups of colors and it does make a difference, not huge but it does work. Also Swissvax has different waxes for different paint systems of different manufacturers.

I don't usually use them, I have other better stuff I prefer. But just wanted to mention there are some decent ones.

Also, all colors do not have the same clear coats. Certain GM colors are a TINTED clear that has color in it. Jet Stream Blue, Velocity Yellow, Crystal Red, Red Jewel Tint Coat, and a few others are color tinted clears.
