Spark plug fouler for LT headers???

Has anybody tried this with LT headers to not throw a code? Has it worked?

LOL. Way to think outside the box but there is no way that will work. It isn't in the exhaust stream and it will never heat up with those non foulers on it. It will also run poorly without a proper reading. What problem are you having?

No problem yet. I really want to put LT's on the SS when it arrives...just shaky about tuning it.

Long tube headers are a GREAT bolt on. However if you don't tune it you will never see the full potential of your purchase. What city do you live in btw?

Like the previous replies, I'd HIGHLY recommend getting the PCM tuned to take full advantage of the power you stand to gain by installing longtube headers! We offer competitive pricing on our mail order PCM tuning and can get you set-up so you don't have to try and "trick" the PCM!

Lots of good tuners in that area and several great ones up here in DFW too. It all depends on how much you need your warranty and what you want to get out of your car. Just make sure you do it right the first time so you don't have to spend your money twice.

I've used that set-up before. It goes on the rear O2 sensor when running without cats and no tune. I don't see any reason to use it on the GM stuff since there are affordable tuning solutions out there.
