Smoke coming from exhaust after car is off? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Wanted to know if these two things are normal for my Camaro which has 500 Miles on it.....

1) When i first start the car it seems to idle very high and the car shakes (prob. just a 304HP engine under the hood) but just want to see what other owners say lol

2) When i turn the car off there is white smoke coming from the exhaust.. not much but it is noticeable. Didnt know if it could be related to this service bulletin: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...xcessive+smoke

sounds like condensation, that is nothing to worry about, it's just moisture from the air.

Same here lol just wanted to make sure it was normal, Camaro is running great and i love it

Me too. It makes me feel like if I am about to drive that car in gone in 60seconds, even if it was a mustang.

I get the white smoke when I started up. It still does not quit even when it is warm, but it is still white and it does not smell like burn oil.

Yep, this happens to mine too. Doesn't seem like it's been an issue at all for me and I have 11,000 miles on mine.
