hey guys.
I was really torn up between exhaust systems and when I made up my mind and I chose Magnaflow I found out that there's a 2.5" and a 3" tubing?! can someone help me by telling me what are the major differences?! pros and cons would be grate also thanks in advance |

The difference is about 1/2in.
![]() Pros/Cons: There really are none. If you have plans to make monster power, get the 3in. If you're not, the 2.5in is more than plenty. If you just want the bigger exhaust, that's fine too.

One thing to consider is the 2.5'' Magnaflow Street Catback is very quiet. Without LT headers is not much louder than stock.
But with LT headers it sounds great. The 3" Magnaflow catback will be a little more aggressive (but not a lot). |

just finished my 2.5" street system with Dynatech LT and it sounds GREAT and no drone or annoying noise at cruising speeds,,,,, or at 125 mph for that matter ;-)

Regardless of the size, go with the competition series. It has no mufflers so it sounds aggressive but clean.

3" gives a deeper tone. Sounds more old school. A++++ in my book
