1SS or 2SS? Manual or Auto?

Ok, so its about a $3000 difference and considering I want the boston speakers (are they worth it?). The 1SS has the exhaust upgrade which I dont know of the 2SS is standard or not but I'd like that too (i think?). What do you think? It sounds cool with all those blue tooth and heated seats and leather seats but is it worth it? Lastly for this, whats the difference between the boston speakers and the premium sound system thats available for the the 1SS and standard for the 2SS?

Also, I know the difference in performance when it comes to manual or automatic, but besides that, gimme some feedback on the feel of both. I mean, I like manual and everything, but it can become inconvenient sometimes. Gas is better on the auto i know but not much.

Feedbacks?

3k would not be much of a different on your car payment. it should be like 3-10$ adding to your monthly payment I think. gas is better on manual. But that's depend on how you drive it.

There is no exhaust upgrade, same on 1SS and 2SS. Sounds like everything is a personal preference.

I just saw on the chevy camaro website and there is exhaust upgrade on the 1SS but not the 2SS.

1SS (on the bottom of the page) - http://www.chevrolet.com/tools/byo/b...trim&pvc=19983

2SS - http://www.chevrolet.com/tools/byo/b...trim&pvc=19984

Thats a dealer installed option, doesnt come from the factory like that. You can get that on either if you want.

That is a dealer installed option so you could add it on to either one.

I originally went to the dealer to purchase a 1SS but after seeing all the stuff you get on the 2SS I decided to go with it. If you dont mind driving a stick I would get the RS package over the Manual for the same money.

That is a dealer installed accessory, as in it does not come like that from the factory.

You could have them install the same part on your 2SS.

Any upgrade short of a supercharger and drive train beef up is a feel good personal preference decision, I saw a dealer upgraded exhaust kit on one at a local lot, no me gusta. these little "a few less pounds here" and "a few more horses there" are sales gimmicks. JMHO

My bone stock 2SS/RS is BBBad to the bone! again JMHO

Buy the best you can afford and like so you will have no regrets.
I never considered anything but a 2SS Manual. The RS Package was
a nice afterthought and I'm glad I went for it. The Polished rims
were foisted upon me (I like the RS Midnight Silver) as the Dealer
had them installed already. All in All, I got pretty much what I wanted
and could afford,

Spass Machen!

There is no sound different from the optional 1SS and standard 2SS so im not sure what you are talking about there. Both are 9 speaker boston acoustic packages but ones an option on the 1SS for $500 and its standard for the 2SS.

I think you get more for your money with the 2SS. I love mine, love the Boston Acoustics, too. Stick or automatic is up to you, I like the stick.

Look at the seats ...

1SS = Cloth
2SS = Leather
